במרכז התוכנית נשוחח עם ליאור מן, אחותה של עמית מן הי"ד – שתתאר את האירועים שהובילו להירצחה של אחותה, ותספר על החיבור שלהן לעולם המוזיקה ולמטאל בפרט, ואף תקדיש לה שיר בתוכנית.
