Doron Maman is a researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a lecturer at Reichman University, where he teaches the course Mental Toughness. He is the author of It Only Gets Harder…, a book that brings his research on values and mental toughness into practical, real-world application. Alongside academia, he works with organizations and elite units of the IDF, helping them cultivate clarity, mental toughness, and the confidence to perform under pressure.
