Yudit Weil is a Safta Extraordinaire. She carried her Jerusalemite childhood and memories with her to London where she met and married her husband. They raised their daughters with a focus on educating and nurturing, each taking their own path. Yudit’s love for education brought her back to the classroom as a teacher. Marie Jacoby is an Iranian savta and also an incredible chef. Born in India, raised in Hamburg and London, Marie married her childhood sweatheart Ami, and moved to Israel in the 80’s. Nelly Blanga is a guest like no other, She is the beloved Nonna of host Sabrina Shance. Nelly was born in Sidon, Southern Lebanon, and in 1948, she moved to Beirut where she met David who she later married.
